As a chiropractor, I focus on the cause and prevention of disease. Nutrition and lifestyle issues are very important and may contribute to areas of weakness and instability of the human body. I am excited to be part of the Woodinville community and am an active member of the Chamber of Commerce including chairman of Ambassadors. In my leisure time, cycling is my passion, and I enjoy helping other cyclists by providing coaching support for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training program.

Kate Burton, LMP, CPMT
Massage Therapy (On Extented Leave)
Kate's career of working with the body began in dance, studying classical ballet and modern dance. It was through dance that she discovered the importance of bodywork and preventative maintenance. With years of experience in injury and recovery, her training provides a strong backing to her practice of therapeutic bodywork at Woodinville Pain Relief Clinic. She holds a BS from Western Washington University, an MFA from Mills College, is a Licensed Massage Practitioner and Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist, and additionally works as a STOTT trained Pilates Instructor and TRX Coach. As a bodyworker, Kate is passionate about whole body wellness and somatic awareness. She is a firm believer in the power of stretching and drinking more water!
Paul Tomita, LMT, CMLDT
Breathing deeply, I arrive into this moment.
I follow my path of presence, expansion and service, as illuminated by my teacher, Anand Mehrotra, Vedic Master and originator of a very holistic Himalayan Kriya Yoga called Sattva Yoga. I ride my bicycle for transportation, dance through life, root down into community at Songaia, and have played soccer almost all of my adult life
My sessions are deeply informed by the wisdom of Dr. Milton Trager, who developed The Trager® Approach, as taught in an intensive 8 month program. Those practices are built on a strong foundation from DiscoveryPoint School of Massage in and almost 200 hours of licensed massage therapist continuing education classes. My most recent training is in certified manual lymphatic drainage, Vodder Technique, from Klose Associates.
I practiced architecture for three decades before deciding I needed to become more present, grounded and connected, becoming a LMT in 2013. A commitment I carry forward from my architect practice is to take what the client needs and make it wonderful. Deep listening is at the core of all problem resolving, whether it be buildings or bodies.
